Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the applications support team to continually improve end-user experience and customer satisfaction. You will serve as the IT applications operations & support escalation point for business users and ensure accurate & effective delivery of all vendor contracted services and SLAs.

You will take ownership of critical incidents, managing stakeholders (e.g., business users, senior management, IT teams) to ensure incidents are resolved within SLA. Additionally, you will support systems and related projects, manage change processes, evaluate change impacts, develop test scripts, and execute User Acceptance Tests.

Liaising with various subsystems, Business Units, and IT to ensure successful execution of system integration tests is also a crucial aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will assist the Project Manager in planning and executing projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree with 8-10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years supporting S4HANA, SuccessFactors, BTP/CPI, Time-clocking systems, and Causal Management systems. A highly motivated self-starter with a positive mindset, proactive attitude, and strong sense of ownership is essential for success in this role.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A degree with 8-10 years of IT experience
  • At least 5 years supporting S4HANA, SuccessFactors, BTP/CPI, Time-clocking systems, and Causal Management systems
  • Ability to understand, appreciate, and translate business problems into solutions
  • Good business acumen and negotiation skills with business partners
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to manage customer expectations
  • Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents with a passion for technology and its applications
  • Flexible to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and attention to detail
