Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee current L1/L2 production support engagements, utilizing onsite/offshore resources in business hours and 24x7 shifts.
  • Maintain high-quality standards by bringing critical and quality-driven thinking to the role.
  • Establish a delivery and quality assurance framework with processes, best practices, and KPIs.
  • Select and coach profiles to foster a mindset for critical systems support.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in production treasury application support for banks.
  • In-depth knowledge of Murex Treasury platform architecture.
  • Expertise in other trading platforms, such as Orchestrade, Finastra, and FIS.
  • Proven leadership in defining processes and best practices.
  • L1 & L2 application technical and functional support experience.
