The role of Treasury Innovation Lead plays a vital part in driving the development and implementation of innovative treasury products and services.

This position integrates Treasury into product design and execution, supporting the implementation of relevant Treasury control frameworks and policies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a Treasury product intake and assessment process.
  • Integrating Treasury into product design and execution, and supporting the implementation of relevant Treasury control frameworks and policies.
  • Applying Treasury and bank product technology knowledge to create solutions and manage end-to-end Treasury delivery from design through to post-launch operations.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 8+ years of experience in treasury banking services or product development.
  • In-depth knowledge of global payments industry product, services, and market dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations that pertain to payments and treasury operations in different jurisdictions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and influence others, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
