At Gartner Advisory (Singapore) PTE LTD, we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Professional to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across the ANZ, Southeast Asia and South Korea region.

About the Role

The Customer Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy, ensuring that every client receives value far exceeding their investment. As a Customer Success Professional, you will work closely with clients to understand their business priorities, identify challenges and provide tailored solutions to drive high-value outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and manage relationships with senior C-level executives and junior client professionals in IT and Semiconductor
  • Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers
  • Facilitate client calls and engagements to surface client priorities and recommend programs of action
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize client value
  • Conduct regular reviews of client performance and key engagement metrics

What You Will Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant professional experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • A proven track record of success, driven by a passion for delighting clients
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills
  • Full working proficiency in both English and Korean to effectively manage client relationships in South Korea, ANZ and Southeast Asia

We offer a competitive salary package of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including medical insurance, retirement plans and paid time off.
