Overview

The Customer Success Specialist role represents the face of the client, embodying their brand, culture, and values. A positive attitude and professional behavior are essential in determining how our clients are perceived by their customers.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Key responsibilities include supporting customers with online orders, providing timely assistance through various communication channels, and processing payments securely.

Additionally, this role involves proactive support to mitigate risks, identifying and escalating priority issues as necessary, and collaborating with team members to improve the customer support experience.

A successful Customer Success Specialist will maintain high-quality service standards, adhere to company policies, and continuously update their knowledge and skills through training and learning.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum
