Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled professional to help us redefine what good service means to our customers. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a customer-centric experience across all channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat. Your goal will be to monitor and maintain the highest standard of customer service across all platforms, going the extra mile to ensure customers' needs and expectations are met.
Job Description
- Responsible for delivering excellent service and assisting customers with any issues they face when shopping with us, including product enquiries, delivery, or order-related enquiries
- Cheerful and friendly disposition when communicating with customers
- Strong sense of dedication to our customers' happiness
- Process-oriented and good attention for detail
- Accountable and responsible team-player
- Able to work independently and also as a team
- Proactive and initiative to constantly improve internal processes
- Work closely with cross-functional team members (merchandising, operations)

- Past experience in either operations or customer service will be a plus
