About the Role
Business Monitor International (Asia) Pte. Ltd. is a leading provider of data, research, and analytics to clients worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product adoption, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering long-lasting relationships with clients across various industries. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

With a strong background in customer success, sales, or account management, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted customer engagement strategies. Your ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling will be crucial in driving revenue growth. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate client records, ensure timely communication, and provide regular feedback to improve our products and services.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, adaptability, and self-motivation. As a Customer Success Manager at Business Monitor International (Asia) Pte. Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, regular updates, and personalized support.
  • Develop and implement tailored customer success plans to drive long-term value and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product features, address client concerns, and collect valuable feedback.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including meeting notes, market intelligence, and CRM updates.

Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer retention, and expanding product adoption.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong English language skills, with proficiency in Mandarin a plus.
