Job Description

The Relationship Manager Associate is a key role within Citibank N.A., responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Builds relationships with client network and operational teams, serving as a primary point of contact for internal requests, problem escalation, and resolution.
  • Ensures timely completion of Know Your Client (KYC) and other regulatory requirements in partnership with product partners and Relationship Managers.
  • Assists clients in accessing Citi's global network, identifying local coverage, and product support worldwide.
  • Collaborates with Relationship Managers and product partners to onboard new clients, complete KYC/initial credit set-ups, and facilitate credit requests and approvals from Citi's global network.
  • Engages with product partners and Citi's global network to identify revenue opportunities and position suitable products with clients.
  • Maintains accurate client legal and marketing hierarchies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Partners with Credit Admin team to ensure up-to-date credit documentation, including FX, derivatives, loans, letters of credit, and other credit-related documents.
  • Contributes to monitoring credit line usage and collaborating with Independent Risk during client Annual Reviews.
  • Supports the implementation of cash transactions for Bankers and maintains attention to detail when assessing business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience: 2-5 years
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Candidates must possess excellent analytical skills, diplomacy, and communication abilities to excel in this role.

Estimated Salary:

Ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 per annum, based on location and qualifications.
