As a key member of the Client Service team at Guidepoint, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional research enablement to our clients worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect leading subject matter experts with our clients, leveraging your research skills to ensure seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize industry resources to identify relevant subject matter experts for client projects
  2. Recruit and engage new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network, effectively communicating their suitability for specific projects
  3. Screen experts for their suitability and create professional profiles for client consideration
  4. Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality research and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to speak a second Asian language (desirable)
  • Bachelor's degree and strong academic record
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
