We're seeking a Client Service Associate to join our Clearance and Collateral Management team in Singapore. This role is a hybrid position that requires strong communication skills and intermediate problem-solving abilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues
  • Applying problem-solving skills to analyze information and provide high-quality service
  • Communicating with clients to deliver exceptional service and resolve non-routine issues

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication skills and experience in an operational area or client services are preferred.
