Client Service Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Custody Trade Service team in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality client service and support to internal and external clients on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply expertise and judgment in providing complex client service and support to internal and external clients.
- Process transactions and send client instructions within stipulated SLA/deadline and in accordance with procedure with high accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and execute all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain correspondent accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across locations to improve efficiency, address any knowledge gaps, and critical issues.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve problems in client accounts or company records.
- Engage in projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferably in securities operation-related roles.
- Successful candidate needs to be enthusiastic, attentive to detail, flexible, and have the drive to be successful while working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Meticulous with a high level of accuracy and productivity.
- Understand complex operational processes from a front-to-back perspective and securities market requirements.
- Control-focused with a good understanding of operational risk impact.
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels and teams in different locations.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under time pressure.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to learn quickly and take responsibility for own learning and development.
