Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Lead to build and execute learning programs in support of our APAC Sales team. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate skills gaps, collaborate with North America leadership to align training programs with business goals, and create learning experiences that improve both sales skills and technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate skills gaps
- Collaborate with North America leadership to align training programs with business goals and address sales team challenges
- Create and execute learning experiences that improve both sales skills and technical knowledge
- Maintain a curation mindset to distill a high volume of information down to the most relevant and impactful learning points
- Regionalize global programming to best support the needs of the business in the region
- 7+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Experience navigating highly cross-functional global organizations
- Experience working in the tech, media, or digital advertising industry
- Experience administering LMS systems
- Experience in designing and delivering classroom (ILT) and webinar (vILT) courses
- Enablement-related accountability and measurement
- An operational mindset towards executing against objectives
