As the GTM Enablement Manager of Deel’s Sales Methodology, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our sales methodology to enhance our sales team's effectiveness. 

Responsibilities 

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales methodology tailored to our SaaS offerings and diverse global markets.

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for AEs and SDRs, focusing on skill enhancement and competency development in line with the chosen methodologies.

Establish robust reporting systems to track the effectiveness of the sales methodologies. Analyze sales performance data to identify improvements and report on key metrics.

Regularly review and update the sales methodologies and training programs based on evolving business needs, market trends, and feedback from the sales team.

Contribute to the development and upskilling of our Sales teams, including design, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs that improve sales competencies.

Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business and content development colleagues to achieve the methodology goals.

Profile 

3+ years in an enablement, program management role or in relevant areas such as learning and development

Deep knowledge of the Sandler and/OR MEDDICC sales methodologies

Keen understanding of the sales audience - minimum two years experience working in a revenue generating or impacting role

Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills

Results-driven and entrepreneurial, ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines

Can coach and provide feedback to team members, collaborators, and stakeholders

Can work independently as a thought leader with a high level of situational awareness, uses own initiative to identify and solve problem

Outstanding interpersonal skills, can quickly build rapport and trust with others and motivate them
