Solutions Sales Lead

As a Solutions Sales Lead at Amdocs, you will be responsible for leading the technical sales process to align our solutions with customer requirements. You will build, lead, and direct technical solution sales teams to achieve Business Unit sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage technical knowledge and work product to accelerate sales campaigns.
- Present Amdocs solutions to senior-level clients.
- Share and communicate end-to-end solutions to executives, business sponsors, and technical resources.
- Create a community among the solution sales team to enable ongoing knowledge sharing.
- Stimulate market demand by identifying market needs and aligning them with Amdocs solutions.
- Foster innovation and deliver thought leadership sessions.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, retain, lead, and motivate the solution sales team.
- Achieve Business Objectives based on the division sales strategy.
- 10+ years' experience in the communications industry.
- 5+ years' experience in solution architecture/sales engineering.
- 5+ years people management/leadership experience.
- 5+ years' experience in communicating/presenting at the executive level.
- 5+ years' experience in presale/sales engineering for Telco and/or cable operators.
- 5+ years' experience in requirements and analysis, project planning, solution design, software design, development, and deployment.
- Experience in sales/account management an advantage.
- Lead the technical sales process to align Amdocs solutions with customer requirements.
- Foster innovation and deliver thought leadership sessions.
- Share and communicate end-to-end solutions to executives, business sponsors, and technical resources.
