Enterprise Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive business growth in our ICT sales division. This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with distributors and channel partners to maximize sales revenue, expand the sales funnel, and foster strong business partnerships.
As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with distributors and channel partners to accelerate sales performance, deliver value to customers, and manage enterprise solution sales. You will play a crucial role in defining and executing partner sales plans, driving programs, and ensuring that targets are met.
- Manage and grow relationships with distribution partners to meet sales targets
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline in collaboration with channel partners
- Provide training and sales support to maximize partner sales potential
- Work with marketing to drive programs and events for lead generation
- Manage enterprise solution sales and oversee the RFP process
- Provide weekly reports on pipeline, forecasts, and sales progress
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Attend sales meetings and industry events to build relationships
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 3-5 years of sales experience with a strong network of distributors and channel partners
- Proven knowledge of the ICT industry, with a focus on sales processes and forecasting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
