We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our team at Mandai Wildlife Group. As the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, we offer a unique opportunity to grow your career while making a positive impact on the environment.
As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and closing agreements with current event spaces. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategies, and build a pipeline to grow local corporate sales for Mandai.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of business contacts, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high degree of personal energy. You will be result-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting revenue goals. Additionally, you will have a self-motivated and analytical mind, with excellent problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also comes with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
In this role, you will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute annual sales plans, address revenue growth, and achieve overall events sales revenue goals. You will maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, recommend services and facilities to end-users, and analyze results to optimize revenue growth.
You will also manage day-to-day sales activities, supervise key accounts, and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve optimal commercial benefits. If you have a Class 3 driving license, it's a plus
