About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team in Thailand. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth for Splunk within the Enterprise Market, working closely with our partners across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently deliver subscription, renewal, and service revenue targets, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Named Account penetration, account planning, and opportunity management to drive sales growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Lead a matrixed account team of solution engineers, business development representatives, inside sales representatives, and customer success managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline, improve customer relationships, and drive adoption expansion through to renewals.
  • Manage and collaborate with partners for maximum efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Drive and ensure regular and accurate pipeline and forecasts reporting through the CRM system on a weekly basis.
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large enterprises by selling value and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with international and domestic corporate functions, such as Advisory, Product, and Marketing teams, to promote deal size expansion and value to customers.
  • Apply industry knowledge and client market intelligence to develop sales strategies and position Splunk as a solution.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of direct New Business Account Management experience, selling into Enterprise and through Channel Partners in Thailand.
  • A proven track record of closing six and seven-figure software licensing deals, with a strong ability to negotiate and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Relevant software experience in IT systems, enterprise, or infrastructure management and security.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to work independently and remotely from other members of the team and corporate.
  • Able to demonstrate building of customer relationships and a consistent track record of success in consultative sales environments.
  • Native Thai-speaking ability is required to handle our Thai clients.
  • Strong fundamentals in value selling methodologies.
