As an Enterprise Business Development Manager at ELITEZ PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management and relationship-building with key clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading pitches and proposal development, and building strong relationships with clients. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with professionals from client-side and manage complex corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned to Company's broad service capabilities in events, exhibitions, retail, experiential marketing, content, and technology.
  • Lead pitches and proposal development, working closely with relevant teams and producers to develop proposals that meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with identified clients, both new and existing, through regular POV meetings and implementation of communication plans.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with professionals from client-side and manage complex corporate clients.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead pitches and proposal development.
