Administrative Accounts Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Accounts Coordinator to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd.
Responsibilities- Manage accounts receivable and payable transactions, ensuring timely recording and posting of customer payments and receipts.
- Update daily cash book and send monthly Statements of Account (SOA) to customers on the first week of each month.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues and disputes, maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Distribute and allocate customer funds to various internal stations, while also handling internal settlements with other subsidiary stations.
- Update weekly foreign exchange rates into the in-house system and arrange bank transfers upon receipt of payment requisitions.
- Enter payment entries into the company system, update staff leave records, and email GST payment status on Fridays.
- Process staff reimbursements, print time sheets on the 21st of every month, and purchase pantry items as required.
- Maintain accurate accruals for staff claims and sundry creditors, attend workshops when necessary, and handle daily visitor passes and airport passes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with experience in SAP or similar accounting systems.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
