Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ABM CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and working independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front-desk service duties, including handling incoming calls, attending walk-in visitors, and managing mail and courier services. They will also be tasked with maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of office areas, as well as managing administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.

In addition, the Administrative Coordinator will assist with preparing payment certificates, processing employee expense reimbursements, and supporting accounting matters such as matching POs, DOs, invoices, documentation, and filing. They will also provide general office support duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
