Job Description:

As a Business Administrator and Accounts Coordinator at CBS PAINTS PTE LTD, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our business. Your duties will include bookkeeping activities, such as filing documents and maintaining accurate records.

You will also assist in day-to-day activities in the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and creating invoices/receipts. Additionally, you will assist project teams in sourcing materials, making inquiry calls to suppliers, and documenting quotations, invoices, etc.

An essential aspect of this role is assisting in procurement of project materials/office supplies and preparing vouchers for accounting purposes. You will also perform inventory control and data-entry for budget control and operational purposes.

Requirements for this position include experience in admin duties and bookkeeping activities, proficiency in English language, and skills in Microsoft Office software. Effective communication skills, ability to work independently, and confidence in performing duties are also necessary.
