Administrative Accounting Coordinator

FINELINE DECOR PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Accounting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with daily financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper accounting records, including ledgers and journals.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including verifying supplier invoices and tracking vouchers.
- Assist in issuing sales invoices and official receipts.
- Perform data entry tasks related to accounting and administration.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong accounting skills and experience. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
