Job Summary
FINELINE DECOR PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Accounting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with daily financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain proper accounting records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including verifying supplier invoices and tracking vouchers.
  • Assist in issuing sales invoices and official receipts.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to accounting and administration.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong accounting skills and experience. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
