Accounting and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at DL E&C CO., LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a general ledger and journal, making fund transfers, and managing accounts receivable, payable, and cash balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Process fund transfers via cheque, online banking, and other payment methods.
- Manage accounts receivable, payable, deposit, and cash balance efficiently.
- Assist in quarterly GST filing and support external audits.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as utilities management, on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is required.
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
- The ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
- An independent worker who can also work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Competitive Salary
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
