Job Description

As an Accounts & Admin Assistant at HSD MARINE AND SHIPREPAIR PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, updating documentation, and ensuring seamless accounting processes.

The role involves preparing payment vouchers, data entry, photocopying and scanning documents, as well as checking invoices received and maintaining online accounting system databases.

Additionally, you will be expected to perform other administrative or accounting duties assigned by your superior.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Proficient in MYOB software is an added advantage
Estimated Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 30,000 - 40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
