Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Accounts and Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at CONSTRUKT PTE. LTD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in maintaining a full set of accounts, including GST and CPF submission, procurement, and administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, answering phone calls, and filling & documentation.

Additionally, you will assist in monitoring the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections, perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts, and ensure payments are processed timely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a full set of accounts, including GST and CPF submission
  • Assist in procurement and purchasing activities
  • Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, answering phone calls, and filling & documentation
  • Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts
  • Ensure payments are processed timely
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
What We Offer

A competitive salary ranging from SGD $45,000 - SGD $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
