Contract Accounts and Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Accounts and Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at CONSTRUKT PTE. LTD.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in maintaining a full set of accounts, including GST and CPF submission, procurement, and administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, answering phone calls, and filling & documentation.
Additionally, you will assist in monitoring the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections, perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts, and ensure payments are processed timely.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining a full set of accounts, including GST and CPF submission
- Assist in procurement and purchasing activities
- Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, answering phone calls, and filling & documentation
- Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections
- Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts
- Ensure payments are processed timely
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
A competitive salary ranging from SGD $45,000 - SGD $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
