Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Contract Administrator to join our team at CHL CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overall contract administration from pre-tender to post-tender stage. Your duties will include preparing contract documents, taking off measurements, estimating, and managing cost information. You will also process progress claims and finalise accounts, source quotations, and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontracts. Additionally, you will work with our site team to identify variations and work out costing. This role requires a high level of independence, commitment, and excellent communication and coordination skills. If you have a degree in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 3 years of related experience in Singapore, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall contract administration from pre-tender to post-tender stage
  • Prepare contract documents, taking off measurements, estimate and manage cost information
  • Process progress claim and finalise accounts
  • Source for quotations and negotiate price with suppliers/ subcons
  • Work with site team to identify variations works and work out costing
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in Singapore
  • Good communications and coordination skills
