DASIN MARINE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Finance Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

As an Administrative Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department and providing administrative support to the Admin Department. Your key responsibilities will include handling account payable and accounts receivable functions, preparing payment and receipt vouchers, processing payments, recording daily cash inflows and outflows, and performing monthly bank reconciliation.

You will also be responsible for liaising with the bank on account matters, opening and closing accounts, and assisting in year-end audits. Additionally, you will assist Admin/HR functions such as handling phone calls and employees' enquiries, updating employees' records, calculating employees' leave and entitlements, submitting government and related claims, and organizing and filing accounting and admin/HR documents.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in finance and administration, and contribute to the success of our organization. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and has strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
