The Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for managing the recruitment process for assigned business groups.
This role works closely with businesses and HR business partners to source, identify, and select talents that meet their recruitment needs.
Strategies are developed to ensure effective sourcing, testing tools are optimized, and candidate selection procedures are implemented to achieve hiring goals.
In addition to recruitment activities, this role will also oversee projects such as managing recruitment drives, intern programs, and recruitment automation to enhance employer value proposition and candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include working with businesses and HR business partners to understand and anticipate their recruitment needs, strategizing to meet these needs, and ensuring timely and effective end-to-end recruitment processes.
Demonstrated creativity in engaging and utilizing candidate sourcing channels and strategies, including participation in career fairs and government-supported manpower programs.
Mindful of establishing a growing pipeline of young and experienced talents in anticipation of upcoming and changing business needs.
A liaison amongst business leaders, HR business partners, hiring managers, and HR operations teams to enable smooth recruitment services provision, ensuring alignment and connection.
Optimized usage of recruitment, candidate selection, and testing tools, processes, and social media to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness, while uplifting the company brand and image as an employer of choice.
Responsible for managing assigned recruitment-relevant projects to achieve objectives of enhancing employer value proposition and candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles in a regional or global environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR business partner roles will be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record working with recruitment agencies, job posting board vendors, and other candidate sourcing channels.
- Experience in project implementation; Ability to prioritize to manage projects and BAU recruitment activities.
- Excellent planning and organization skills and attention to details.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
