We're seeking an exceptional professional to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on building a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates.

This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with business leaders and HR stakeholders to design and implement effective recruitment initiatives;
  • Leading employer branding efforts, including social media campaigns, to shape a compelling employment value proposition;
  • Establishing a diverse portfolio of sourcing capabilities and platforms, including direct sourcing, targeted advertising, career sites, campus recruitment, and agency recruitment;
  • Overseeing efficient recruiting processes and practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices;
  • Ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey; and collaborating with business leaders to enhance overall processes;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to create effective pipelines for future hiring needs;
  • Managing RPO team members and operational aspects of the Talent Acquisition team;
  • Monitoring and driving performance of the RPO model to achieve SLA targets and continuously improve effectiveness;
  • Analyzing and reporting on talent acquisition metrics to track workforce planning requirements and talent acquisition effectiveness;
  • Driving efficient utilization of talent acquisition resources by leveraging metrics and reporting capabilities to measure effectiveness and propose improvements;
  • Spearheading successful rollout of corporate internship programs.
