As a vital team member, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent for client organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain strict adherence to timelines for each vacancy.
- Engage candidates through meaningful conversations and foster strong relationships within the candidate community.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Monitor candidate progress to facilitate timely joining and resolve any last-minute questions or concerns.
- Oversee the office presence on Day 1 to facilitate introductions and guide new hires through the introduction process.
- Align new hires with internal culture, policies, and operational procedures.
- Proactively monitor and respond to feedback on platforms like Glassdoor and Ambition Box.
- Manage employer branding initiatives and coordinate meetings for new hires with Partners.
- Draft employee communication regarding social functions, meetings, and reviews.
- Provide support in organizing and executing internal social events.
