Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is an individual contributor role focusing on high-potential hire portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a global strategy for talent acquisition, spearheading talent development and succession planning, and analyzing data to derive insights on effectiveness of talent management programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive strategy for talent acquisition
  • Execute processes, frameworks, systems, programs, and initiatives to support business growth in the talent pool
  • Spearhead talent development, succession planning, high-potential identification, and leadership development program
  • Support the development of individual roadmaps by facilitating and tracking talent rotations, monitoring progress of development plans, and conducting career conversations to guide professional growth
  • Analyze related data and metrics to derive insights on effectiveness of talent management programmes

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Management, or related, with a minimum of 4 years of working experience in Talent Management role. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for global collaboration are also essential.
