Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in the capacity of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders from various business teams within the organization to understand their unique requirements, execute recruitment processes with precision and creativity, and contribute to long-term improvements in team objectives, productivity, and development.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and build close partnerships with stakeholders across the organization to solve complex challenges through strategic talent recruitment initiatives
- Deep dive into current and future business needs, identify gaps, and conceptualize solutions
- Develop and evaluate talent acquisition plans, including sourcing, screening, and selection of suitable senior talents
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Passion for people, organizational, and cultural transformation
- Highly motivated self-starter with independent decision-making abilities and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to quickly evaluate situations and reach well-founded decisions
- Strong project management, execution, and effective communication skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
