Due to business expansion, we are growing our global Talent Acquisition (TA) team with additional headcounts. This is an
individual contributor role
reporting directly to the Global TA Manager. The position will take ownership of recruitment for selected roles across
emerging markets in Asia Pacific as well as Europe and North America , providing talent acquisition solutions that support
global talent pipelines and cross-border mobility . The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-regional recruitment experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, international environment.
Talent Acquisition Specialist / Executive
Job Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand business needs and provide talent solutions.
Handle
cross-border and cross-regional recruitment projects , ensuring timely delivery of quality hires.
Maintain and expand candidate pipelines through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent mapping to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws across different countries.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
1+ years of experience
in talent acquisition / recruitment (either in-house or agency side).
Experience in
multinational / cross-regional recruitment .
Manufacturing industry background preferred .
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken & written).
