We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts. As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research to identify trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Developing and implementing recruitment plans that align with business objectives
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees
  • Creating and disseminating job postings and other recruitment materials

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, as well as maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices, as well as experience working with HR systems and software.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field
  • PHR certification a plus
