Key Talent Acquisition Role

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual to drive the recruitment process, develop strategic relationships, and build a robust pipeline of top talent.

This role will involve:

  • Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Designing and implementing compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners.
  • Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to offer extension and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
