Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition strategy forward. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement effective employer branding initiatives that showcase our company as an attractive destination for top talent.

With your expertise in full-cycle recruiting, you will source and assess high-quality candidates for open positions across various departments. This includes analyzing hiring needs, forecasting employee requirements, and utilizing HRIS and Recruitment Marketing tools to streamline the recruitment process.

In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective employer branding strategies
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, selection methods, and HR law
  • Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
