Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Garda Capital Partners is a leading alternative investment firm with extensive experience deploying relative value strategies across fixed income markets for institutional investors.

Our Singapore office seeks a talented individual to manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including job description creation, candidate sourcing, evaluation, onboarding logistics, and immigration support.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the macro hedge fund landscape and relevant trading strategies, as well as excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including job description creation, candidate sourcing, evaluation, onboarding logistics, and immigration support.
  • Focus primarily on investment talent in Singapore, with additional support for other regions and non-investment roles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key talent and recruiting firms.
  • Provide market intelligence through network and recruitment processes.
  • Drive improvements in recruitment process and strategy.

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development/talent acquisition at a hedge fund or similar organization.
  • Strong understanding of the macro hedge fund landscape and relevant trading strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and context switch frequently.
  • Native-level fluency in English.
