Talent Acquisition Job Overview
This is a key role in our organization, responsible for developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and be able to design effective employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
- Manage diverse sourcing channels, including direct sourcing, advertising, career sites, campus recruitment, and agencies
- Oversee recruitment processes and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Drive an engaging candidate experience while continuously improving recruitment processes
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Manage and optimize RPO team performance, ensuring SLA delivery and continuous improvement
- Track, analyze, and report talent acquisition metrics to guide workforce planning and assess effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in front office relationship management, ideally within private or priority banking
- Regional or global exposure with strong knowledge of diverse education systems
- Proven success in project and event management, with excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement, public speaking, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM/ATS systems and digital marketing platforms
- Passion for Early Careers recruitment with a strategic, data-driven, and results-focused approach
