Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

The role of a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist is to oversee the administration of an organization's talent acquisition functions. This includes responsibilities such as developing and implementing strategic plans, managing recruitment processes, and providing support for HR operations.

This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
