Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Service Desk and L1 Deskside Support Technician to join our team at Indosuez Wealth Management. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming IT production issues and requests, creating tickets as necessary and resolving or assigning to relevant teams.
- Work closely with Senior Support groups to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Major Incident Management Team to identify and resolve severe issues.
- Effectively manage team queues, prioritizing tickets for timely resolution.
- Install, diagnose, maintain, and upgrade organizational hardware and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Liaise with third-party support and vendors as needed.
- Manage IT equipment stock levels and inventory.
- Document fixes to capture knowledge and contribute to Knowledge Management.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Ability to interpret technical information and present it in simple terms.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with IT support and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of IT hardware and software.
