Position Overview

The role of the Administrative Executive is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of the APAC regional office. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for supporting the overall functionality of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all administrative functions that contribute to the seamless operation of the APAC office.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with various departments from the headquarters and other APAC locations.
  • Assist in organizing customer visits and setting up virtual meeting platforms.
  • Manage procurement processes and oversee asset management for IT resources.
  • Ensure the availability of office supplies and maintain office facilities.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for various administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate logistics for onboarding new employees.
  • Plan and execute office renovations for meeting spaces.
  • Organize team-building events, birthday celebrations, and other staff activities.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a degree or higher qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, with experience in a Chinese enterprise being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • A strong sense of responsibility coupled with excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a willingness to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
