Job Title: Patient Payment Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to process patient payments accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication with patients and external organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teams to verify payments, receipts, and bank statement alignment.
  • Post payments to patient accounts with precision.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and external organizations about payment issues.
  • Train new team members on payment processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'A' Level / ITE / Diploma qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of patient payment processes is preferred.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
