Job Title: Patient Payment Specialist
About the JobWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to process patient payments accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication with patients and external organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teams to verify payments, receipts, and bank statement alignment.
- Post payments to patient accounts with precision.
- Communicate effectively with patients and external organizations about payment issues.
- Train new team members on payment processes.
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level / ITE / Diploma qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of patient payment processes is preferred.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
