Senior Director

The primary objective of this role is to provide strategic guidance and support in the development of human resources within APEC countries.

  • Lead in the provision of expert advice on HR governance, ensuring compliance with global policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with country HR teams to implement effective employee relations strategies.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in labor relations, human rights, and other related matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and advisory support to country HR teams on all aspects of labor relations, employee relations, and human rights.
  • Developing and implementing short-term and medium-term labor relations, employee relations, and human rights strategies.
  • Leading audits and investigations into potential incidents related to human rights, compliance, and HR.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in employee relations/labor relations.
  • Profound knowledge of human rights.
  • Experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective action plans.
