We are seeking a talented Human Resources professional to join our team as an Employee Experience Manager. This exciting role will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees across Singapore and Malaysia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, preferably with at least three years of experience in a supervisory capacity. They should be familiar with MOM regulations, HR best practices, and Info-Tech Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with department managers.
  • Manage the employee onboarding, offboarding, and exit interview processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
  • Handle all employee relations matters, including addressing enquiries, grievances, disciplinary inquiries, and conflict resolution.
  • Design, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to align with organisational goals and legal compliances.
  • Lead the performance management process by consolidating KPIs, peer-to-peer reviews, disciplinary records, and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Develop and lead employment engagement initiatives, including welfare programs, learning and development, CSR activities, and company retreats.
  • Manage the payroll process, including tabulating, consolidating, and preparing payroll reports for both Singapore and Malaysia teams.
  • Draft and refine employment contracts for both Singapore and Malaysia employees.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and issuances where applicable.
  • Partner with educational institutions on internship and work-study diploma programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and develop an efficient filing system for both physical and digital documentation.
  • Provide advice and handle employee enquiries on all matters related to payroll, attendance, leave, claims, benefits, and contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams (Malaysia) to align talent acquisition strategies and provide advice on HR-related matters.
  • Report to superiors, directors, and assist with any other matters required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Human Resource or any related field.
  • At least three years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Familiarity with MOM regulations, HR best practices, and Info-Tech Systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Strong time management and organisational capabilities.
  • High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel.
