
Employee Experience Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the administration and human resources functions of our organization. This includes advertising and searching for candidates, filling positions within the company, designing and implementing recruiting systems, handling administration and record-keeping, executing recruitment plans efficiently, drafting and posting job descriptions, scheduling and interviewing candidates, preparing job offers, and coordinating on grant applications.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a recruiter or HR role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of recruiting guides and procedures
- Excellent record keeping
- Able to perform the job immediately
