Job Title: Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Manager

Description:
The primary objective of this role is to drive talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and personnel administration within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from posting vacancies to onboarding new employees.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for talent acquisition, focusing on quality over quantity.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source and engage top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to select the best candidates.
  • Cultivate a positive employee experience by providing exceptional support throughout the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
