**NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health)** is an NTUC social enterprise that provides a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and affordable health and eldercare services to meet the growing needs of families and their dependents. Building on more than four decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest senior day care, nursing home and home personal care providers in Singapore. It also offers other services for seniors such as an active ageing hub, senior activity centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered / senior group home. In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic.
DESIGNATION : Manager, Employee Experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC Health is one of the largest community health and eldercare providers in Singapore. We are looking to make a difference in our community and are recruiting dynamic and capable individuals to join the Human Resources team. You can expect to work with a team of agile and committed HR professionals.
In this role, the incumbent will build strategies to improve the employee experience, and work culture and understanding the needs of your employees is essential here.
Design a differentiated employer experience and develop moments that matter across the employee lifecycle.
He/ She will need to adopt an integrated suite of tools and techniques to improve employee experiences that extend beyond the organisation and create a sense of belonging.

- Develop initiatives and workforce models that deliver a more positive and personalised employee experience
- Define and develop key metrics and priorities that measure the impact and effectiveness of HR Experience
- Identify tools to analyse employee experience and drive strategies to enhance employee relations
- Engage and build a collegial networking relationship with relevant stakeholders such as community partnerships, Grassroots organisations, health and educational institutions to develop collaborative projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in design, customer experience, human resources management will be an advantage
- Some work experience in the employee life cycle from recruitment, orientation, development to engagement
- Proficient in Google Suite, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong learning agility
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Someone who is passionate about creating great work experiences
