Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, administering benefits, supporting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate job postings, screening, interview scheduling
- Manage employee lifecycle from hire to retire
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, and claims
- Support performance reviews and training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, and discretion when handling confidential information.
Requirements:- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Admin roles, preferably in tech/startup sectors
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software, with knowledge of best practices in HR administration
