Overview of the Role:

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, including job postings, job search and selection, conducting interviews to identify suitable candidates, and onboarding new staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, job search and selection, conducting interviews to identify suitable candidates, and onboarding new staff.

Training Program Management:

  • Coordinate training programs for staff, exploring government support options to fund training.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Develop and review HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness, creating an employee handbook.
  • Manage time sheets, duty rosters, leave administration, medical claims, and compute staff commissions/incentives.
  • Monitor leave records and compute part-time staff's roster and salaries.
