Overview
You manage a team that provides integrated employee essential services and MINDEF corporate services across the various MINDEF offices, leading IT support services in a one-stop service model to enhance employee experience.
Responsibilities
Lead team managing employee and corporate IT services
Manage high transactional volume of service requests
Report on health status including case resolution rate and customer satisfaction
Engage stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee business process re-engineering and digitalisation projects
Provide senior management with financial assessments and advice
Collaborate across multiple MINDEF/SAF agencies
Deliver seamless IT support services
Challenges
Balancing governance requirements with customer satisfaction
Managing high volume transactional requests
Coordinating across multiple stakeholder agencies
What We Are Looking For
Education in IT or a related discipline
At least 8 years of work experience in IT or service-related field
Experience in project and team management in supervisory role
Service-oriented mindset with keen interest in innovation and digitalisation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
